Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Assist in inventory management and conduct store inventory counts.
- Follow cash handling policies and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, maintain document security and confidentiality.
- Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is an advantage.
