Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team. This position offers 32-40 hours per week, starting at $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate necessary equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle merchandise, and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
