Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
• Follow company guidelines and maintain document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
• Ability to maintain store cleanliness according to standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures effectively.
• Organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Fulfill any state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
