Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains its excellent standards and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain cash policies
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Capable of performing physical tasks and lifting up to 45 pounds
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
