Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Follow established company policies ensuring security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling equipment.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience is considered.
