Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This position requires working collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Performing cashier duties, stocking shelves, and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and assisting customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with store management.
• Providing feedback on products, inventory, and any concerns to management.
• Participating in store inventory counts and monitoring accuracy.
• Adhering to cash policies, minimizing losses, and following company procedures.
• Performing general cleaning duties to maintain company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Adeptness at operating equipment like electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Capability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
