Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized and the customer experience is exceptional. From merchandising products to providing top-notch customer service, you will be an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves effectively.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while collaborating with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.
• Follow all company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

Ability to handle merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform various physical tasks required in a store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Skilled in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
