Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, product merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and move products throughout the store.
• Perform various physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and follow company policies.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
