Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Provide top-quality customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Report product feedback, inventory issues, and adherence to company policies.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Proficiency in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
- Ability to follow procedures, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience or equivalent knowledge.
- Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.
