Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Associate, you will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to enhance operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Skilled in maintaining cleanliness and following company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
