Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will contribute to the store's success by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment. This role offers a competitive starting wage of $18.00 per hour for 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
