Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. mindsets and competencies
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Skills in operating equipment and performing cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
