Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates efficiently and provides excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Act Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and polite customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Competence in general cleaning duties and policy adherence
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
• Demonstrated organizational and multitasking capabilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Retail experience preferred
