Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store remains organized, stocked, and delivers exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team, provide efficient cashiering services, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays effectively.
• Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience and communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory management, and contribute to store inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling procedures, adhere to company policies, and uphold security standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in providing courteous customer service and operating a cash register.
• Skilled in using equipment like an electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
