Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor product accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Proficiency in utilizing store equipment and following company procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
