Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store runs smoothly by handling merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Your focus on exceptional customer service and teamwork will be key to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and general store operations.
• Participate in store inventory counts and follow cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform cleaning duties according to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, follow instructions, and multitask effectively.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience is acceptable.
