Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains excellent standards in terms of merchandising, customer service, and overall presentation. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with the team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.
- Adhere to company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality.
- Perform physical tasks, including stocking and lifting items up to 45 pounds.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
- Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
