Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.
• Complete assigned tasks as directed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Able to perform general cleaning duties as per company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
