Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Conduct inventory counts and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
