Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Report on product feedback, inventory issues, and any other store concerns.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Skilled in using equipment such as electric/manual hand jack and floor scrubber.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, and multitask efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with previous retail experience.
