Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Take part in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
