We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, serving customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
