Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing excellent customer service. This role offers 32-40 hours per week of work, and the starting wage is $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to offer friendly and efficient customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and handle equipment responsibly.
• Perform cleaning tasks to company standards and follow procedures.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Meet requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail is advantageous.
• A combination of education and experience is considered.
