Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate for a rewarding opportunity to enhance the customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, cashiering, stocking products, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure smooth store operations and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers during their store visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and overall store performance.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company procedures while ensuring document and data security.
• Perform additional assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to meet cleaning standards and apply company policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Meet state and local alcohol handling requirements.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
