We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your interaction with customers will be key in providing exceptional service and enhancing their shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Title: Full-Time Store Associate
• Job Type: Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures and maintain document security.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous service
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
