Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock shelves, merchandise products, and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of handling and operating store equipment safely and appropriately.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
