Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, tidy, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
