Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of in-store activities, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, manage inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register, handle equipment safely, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Follow company policies, communicate well, and work independently or in a team.
