Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocking products, cashiering, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your collaboration with the ALDI team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves with precision and display merchandise attractively.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues encountered.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, provide excellent service, and work independently or in a team.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
