Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide outstanding service.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure security.
• Comply with company policies while upholding document security.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
