Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. From merchandising to cashiering, your contributions will be essential to our success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Adapt to varied tasks, pay attention to detail, and follow instructions efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge considered.
