Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our store's appearance and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
