Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in your daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, offering feedback on products and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of maintaining cleanliness to company standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred, along with retail experience.
