Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, provide excellent customer service, and work in a team setting.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
