Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance of the store, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and retail equipment.
• Ability to perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
