Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, handle purchases, and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
