Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Safely operate store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
