Job Description
Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi! In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising and stocking products, and ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
- Merchandise and stock products, ensuring shelves and displays are neat and organized.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
