Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and uphold the company's standards.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain company standards
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- High School Diploma preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus
