Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team, operate a cash register efficiently, and contribute to stocking merchandise and product displays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience operating a cash register and equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
