Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
