Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store delivers exceptional service and a great shopping experience to our customers. From stocking products to providing top-notch customer service, your contributions will make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and stock shelves with products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Provide feedback on product quality, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring store security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Perform general cleaning duties in the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of safely using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
