Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
