Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our energetic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in keeping our store organized, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
