Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Take inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer inquiries.
• Capable of interpreting company policies and procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
