Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-stocked and organized store, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
