Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves, provide excellent customer service, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory tasks and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail is advantageous.
