Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
- Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
