Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with a top-quality shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with the team and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient and accurate operation of a cash register.
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
