Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, track inventory accuracy, and follow cash policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Customer service oriented with cash register proficiency.
• Operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
